DEVELOPMENT OF JOINT AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The formation and development of joint agrarian enterprises of Ukraine is investigated. Restrictive factors of attraction of foreign investments in the agrarian sphere are established. The Ukrainian legal framework was analyzed and it was found that the concept of joint ventures requires improvement and elimination of inconsistencies in normative acts. Considered the volume of direct foreign investment in agriculture in the different countries of the world.
