Abstract
This article is devoted to research of origin and development of contract of carriage goods. The author disclosed problems and disparities, which appeared on way of evolution of legal relations in sphere of carriage as long as they exist. Studied the development of contract of carriage of goods with pre-evolutionary times to today.
