DEVELOPMENT OF MOTIVATIONAL MECHANISMS – ACCELERATION OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY AT THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
In the current economic conditions, the role of innovation in enterprises. In these conditions one of the most effective tools to accelerate is a motivational mechanism. The article is devoted to necessity of development of mechanism of motivation of innovative activity. The directions of improvement of motivation in enterprises by individual components. The proposed design will allow to adjust system of material and moral incentives for workers in enterprises, to simulate the conditions for activation of the creative abilities of the staff.
