DEVELOPMENT OF SELF-ESTABLISHED CREATIVITY IN LABOUR AND MANAGEMENT – NECESSITY OF ACTIVATING REGIONAL RESOURCE BASES

Abstract
The development of self-establishing is analysed as a factor of successful participation in competition. The traditions of amateur creativity (first of all, in labour and management) are considered. A direct connection between creativity (especially scientific and intellectual) is revealed with the emergence of a regional economy of knowledge of a clever society. The role of cultivation of the social environment and points of concentration of desirable changes is shown.
