Development of Skills and Habits of Future Physical Training Teachers to Organize Independent Health and Fitness Activity of Pupils

Abstract
In the paper the development of organizational skills and habits of future physical education teachers in the process of their training to organize independent health and fitness activity of pupils has been considered. The content analysis of importance of development of organizational skills and habits of future physical education teachers has been conducted; a theoretical overview of researches on psychology and pedagogy has been conducted with the aim to specify the conceptual framework (''skills'', ''organizational skills'', ''habits'') for organizational skills and habits development. The most important factors in developing organizational skills and habits of future physical education teachers have been highlighted. Taking into account the importance of development of the inner necessity of a person to do physical exercises independently, the attention of future teachers has been drawn to the physical training planning. It has been established that nowadays the top-priority of physical education in institutions of higher education is the training of future physical education professionals skilful in organizing independent health and fitness activity of pupils, which is the most accessible way of keeping and strengthening the health of a rising generation; the development of organizational skills and habits will be successful if the principle of formation of a long-lasting interest in the physical training practice as well as the principles of knowledge availability, succession and consistency of education, interconnection of theory and practice, employment of innovative teaching methods through implementation of personality oriented teaching are laid in the basis of the educational process of future physical education teachers.
