Peculiarities of the Use of Multimedia Technologies of Study in the Higher School

Abstract
The inclusion of information multimedia technologies makes the process of study more technological and more effective. But the main success is the interest of students, their readiness for work, the necessity of getting new knowledge and the feeling of independence. The computer allows making study different. This feeling of constant novelty promotes the development of students’ interest to study. Today one of the perspective ways of informatization of education is the introduction and the use of multimedia technologies, which allow not only improving the level of educational cognitive process, but increasing the level of information culture of students. The article deals with peculiarities of the use of multimedia technologies in the process of study in the higher school. The advantages and possibilities of multimedia technologies are found out, which are active used in the giving of information. The phenomenon of information multimedia technologies and the internet is analyzed from the point of view of availability in them such features, which are capable to give more effective direction to the process of study. The most expedient ways of the use of interactive multimedia in the study are proposed.
