Development of specialized institute of Ombudsmen in Ukraine

Abstract
The article deals with the specific of the activity of the specialized ombudsmen in a number of the foreign countries. Particular emphasis is made on the operation of specialized Ombudsmen Institute in Ukraine. It is poposed the ways of the development and improvement of the ombudsman institute. It is actualized the need for such specialized ombudsmen as gender equality ombudsman, the military ombudsman, on the protection of the elderly ombudsman.
