DEVELOPMENT OF STATE REGULATION OF WATER SUPPLY AND WATER DISPOSAL SCOPE IN UKRAINE: HISTORICAL REVIEW

Abstract
The article analyzes the principles and means of state regulation of the water supply and wastewater sector. The periodization of the state regulation of the housing and communal services sector and the water supply and sewage sector in Ukraine during the independence period, which includes 5 stages, has been made. The main reasons for the slowdown in water and wastewater reform are presented. The main events of the modern stage of state regulation of the sphere and their disadvantages are determined.
