FORMATION OF THE MECHANISM OF REGIONAL SUPPORT OF SMALL BUSINESS IN CONDITIONS OF THE PROGRAM-TARGET METHOD

Abstract
The article defines the most priority areas of state support for small businesses for the formation of sustainable development of regions. On the theoretical and methodological platform, the features of the formation of the mechanism for regional support of small business under the conditions of the program-target method are explored. This is its own version of the definition of «economic mechanism». The use of the program-target method as a principle of regional support of small business is substantiated, and also the advantages of using this method are shown.
