ESSENTIAL-CRITERIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE LOCAL LABOR MARKET

Abstract
It is stated that the content of socio-economic policy of the territories is determined by the peculiarities of functioning of the local labor market, depending on certain classification criteria. The properties of the local labor market have been identified, which are based on the analysis of essential criterion parameters of the local labor market. The system of indicators for the characteristics of the balance of the local labor market is proposed for the following groups of criterion characteristics: criteria of the parameters of the state of the local labor market (13 indicators); criteria of parameters of development of the local labor market (3 indicators); criteria of balance / balance parameters of the local labor market; criteria of the parameters of the stability of the local labor market.
