STRATEGIC MANEVERS OF FLEXIBILITY OF SUPPLY CHAIN UNDER THE USE OF OUTSOURCING

Abstract
The conditions of the outsourcing of the supply chain are investigated. The basic components of a flexible outsourcing contract are established. The main functional aspects of software in the outsourcing of the supply chain are highlighted. The value of costs and human resources in the supply chain flexibility is analyzed. The main strategic maneuvers of supply outsourcing flexibility are established. The main aspects of outsourcing flexibility that are used or not applied in each particular maneuver are highlighted.
