KEY FEATURES OF BUSINESS PLANNING

Abstract
The article is devoted to the actual issues of business plan formation and its development as an analytical document that forms the priorities of enterprise progress, taking into account international and national experience. Business plan essence and structure are consistently revealed. Peculiar features of business planning as a management technology which are based on marketing decision making are discussed. The specifics of different business plans taking into account the nature of the activitie are examined. Business plans are deemed as the effective instruments of increasing the production efficiency and receiving particular competitive advantages.
