Abstract
The article covers the public procurement procedures implemented in Ukraine according to the current legislation, namely open tender, competitive dialogue and negotiated procedure. It has studied the use of certain procurement procedures, identified the grounds for their application and ways of documenting these grounds for the negotiated procurement procedure.
