FORMATION OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MANAGEMENT ENTERPRISES OF THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY

Abstract
The article defines the main directions of formation of organizational structure of management of hospitality enterprises. It is noted that the organizational structure of management of hospitality enterprises is aimed at establishing clear relationships between the individual divisions of the enterprise, the distribution of rights and responsibilities between them. The main indicators of the management system of the organizational structure of the enterprises of hospitality industry are determined and analyzed. The main factors influencing organizational changes of the management structure of hospitality enterprises are outlined. Management of hospitality enterprises is proposed to be organized using the brigade form of organization of activities. It is summarized that the formation of organizational structure is the main indicator of effective organizational transformation. By improving the organizational structure of hospitality enterprises, it is possible to improve the performance of work on them and achieve a better economic result.
