ВПЛИВ ТРАНСНАЦІОНАЛЬНИХ КОРПОРАЦІЙ НА НАЦІОНАЛЬНУ ЕКОНОМІКУ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract
У статті визначено суть та основні проблеми транснаціональних корпорацій (ТНК). Проаналізований сучасний стан та перспективи розвитку функціонування транснаціональних корпорацій. Значна увага приділена особливостям діяльності ТНК на українському ринку, відзначена їх важлива роль у формуванні стратегії розвитку національної економічної системи. Наведено приклади позитивного та негативного впливу функціонування ТНК на економічний розвиток України. Виявлено головні проблеми, які існують в Україні щодо розширення діяльності ТНК. Запропоновано шляхи мінімізації негативного впливу транснаціональних корпорацій на державному рівні.
