INVESTMENT MECHANISMS OF MANAGEMENT OF THE SPHERE OF HOTEL ECONOMY AT THE STATE AND REGIONAL LEVEL

Abstract
The article notes that one of the most important elements of a country's economic and social development is investment. At the same time, the efficiency of investments is determined by the results of the economic activities of the investment sectors. It is the technical level, the ability to absorb innovations, the organization of production, the development of entrepreneurship determine the main influence on the investment cycle, payback and return on investment resources. The fact that there is a significant difference between the goals of the state and business in the implementation of investment activities is well known. Business, especially in a competitive environment, is ultimately aimed at making a profit. In turn, it is generally accepted and the primary task of the welfare state is the maximum growth of public welfare. However, the practical implementation and the final achievement of such a goal remains a controversial issue. Public investments are significantly influencing the results of economic development, ensuring competitiveness in the long term, namely in the form of expenditures on the development of production and social infrastructure and the service sector.
