DEVELOPMENT OF SYSTEMS AND MECHANISMS OF PUBLIC GOVERNMENT IN SPHERE OF PUBLIC SECURITY AND PUBLIC ORDER

Abstract
The article specifies the content of the concepts of the system of public administration and the mechanism of public administration. The definition of state security as a scientific category and as a practical task, which requires resolution at the national level of government structures is given. The main interests of Ukraine, connected with security and support of public order, were established. The list of functions of the state security system is specified. For the further qualitative development of the system and mechanisms of public administration in the field of state security and public order, it is proposed to develop the Concept and Strategy of State Security and Public Order, modernize methodological approaches to ensuring security at different levels with the involvement of all branches of government power.
