DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENTERPRISES BASED ON THE MODEL OF COMPETENCIES

Abstract

The article considers the formation of the competences model. Competences have a complex structure, it is expedient to distinguish four main components (aspects): values (axiological), knowledge (cognitive), skills, skills (operational), motives for performing activities (motivational). It is advisable to form competencies at each organizational level. The sequence of formation of the integrated model of competences covers the following stages: strategic, operational, tactical, criterial, monitoring. It is expedient to determine key competencies by involving the personnel of the enterprise in this process.
