DEVELOPMENT OF THE LEGAL REGULATION OF THE SCIENTIFIC ACTIVSTIES

Abstract
The article analyzes the main provisions of the new Law of Ukraine “On scientific and technical activity”. The article studies the legal provisions of the law. It focuses on innovative norms of the Law in particular. The necessity of developing new and amending existing legal acts in order to implement the new rules of Law was underlined.
