Abstract
In the article investigational and the finished off legal questions of determination of jurisdiction of businesses about the appeal of decisions of organs of government executive service in relation to implementation of decisions, decisions and resolutions of economic courts of Ukraine. The problems of enforcement are educed and suggestions are reasonable in relation to perfection of legal frameworks of determination of jurisdiction of the marked category of spores.
