Abstract
Draft legislation of Ukraine “About Judicial (Legal) Education and General Access to Legal Profession” № 7147 dated 28.09.2017 within the context of compliance with the rules of legislative procedure and according to legal standards of Ukraine is analyzed in the article. There are justified proposals for upgrading legal standards.
