SPECIAL CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF RESTRICTION ON THE RIGHT TO FORM AND JOIN TRADE UNIONS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article explores constitutional and legal aspects of the restriction on the right to form and join trade unions in Ukraine. The article argues that the current clause of the Constitution of Ukraine establishing restrictions on the right to freedom of association is ill-defined since it relates only to constraints on trade-union membership. The article also formulated the definition of the concept “restriction of the right to join in trade unions”.
