STATE SYSTEM OF HUMAN RIGHTS PROTECTION IN MODERN UKRAINE: THE PROBLEM OF EFFICIENCY

Abstract
This article covers the problem of formation of effective state human rights protection system in modern Ukraine. It’s emphasized that existing protection systems appears to be such only in form, essentially it is not humanistic. It is stressed out on the complex nature of the formation of the effective human rights protection system, depending whether true democracy would be in Ukraine or not.
