THE PROBLEM OF LEGISLATIVE IMPROVEMENT OF CRIMINAL PROCEEDING ON BASIS OF AGREEMENTS

Abstract
In the article are formulated legislative proposals to improve regulations governing conclusion of agreements in criminal proceedings and prosecutor participating in criminal proceedings on basis of agreements in court, aimed at making it possible to: an agreement on recognition of guilt in a criminal proceeding in which the victim is involved; re-treatment with the agreement in same criminal proceedings and also provide mandatory participation of prosecutor in hearing when considering the reconciliation agreement.
