Abstract
The article analysis of the introduction of the institution of criminal liability of legal entities through examines the issues of external and internal practice of applying criminal law measures to legal entities and its impact on traditional approaches to the main institutions of criminal law of Ukraine, taking into account the changes in the Criminal Code of Ukraine of 2013 about criminal liability of legal entities.
