Abstract
The article analyzes the legal regulation of the organization and implementation of public procurement in the defense sphere of the United States of America. The experience of fighting corruption in the USA in the field of public procurement is considered. And also the possibility of applying this experience to improve the legal regulation of the organization and the implementation of public procurement in the defense sector in Ukraine.
