Abstract
In the scientific article authors research on the legal nature of the international dispute, separate the concepts of «international dispute», «international conflict» and «international situation». Analyze different means of peaceful settlements of international disputes. Displays the advantages and disadvantages of the existing generally accepted means of alternative dispute resolution.
