Development of the mechanism of state stimulation of the sustainable development of the information sphere in Ukraine using the functional modeling methodology

Abstract
Ensuring the sustainable development of the information sphere requires the development of a regulatory mechanism at the state level, and the implementation of strategic and tactical decisions should be in line with the main positions of the state information policy. Using the methodology of functional modeling IDEF0 allowed to develop a description of the system, which is accurate and concise. Graphic language allowed to laconically, unequivocally and accurately show all the elements (blocks) of the system and all relationships and connections between them, to identify erroneous, superfluous or duplicate existing ones. As a result of the research conducted on the basis of IDEF0 methodology, a complex functional model of the process of ensuring the sustainable development of the information sphere has been developed. The developed model allows to increase the efficiency of this process.
