Marketing tools of sanatorium - resort enterprises of the region

Abstract

The article defines the major trends in health - resort enterprises in terms of region, systematized main negative aspects of their operations and outlines key areas necessary changes. The theoretical bases for determining the nature, concepts and types of competitive advantages, strategic directions to increase the competitiveness of spa businesses. The mechanism of development of marketing management sanatorium - resort company, which built on the basis of the principle of consistency and structure that combines components of the marketing mix.
