DEVELOPMENT PRIORITIES OF THE WARSAW UNIVERSITY AS INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH AND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

Abstract
The key priorities that shape the development strategy of the University of Warsaw in order to strengthen their position in the international market of educational and research services are investigated. The main directions of implementation of the investment program and the program of informatization of the university are systematized. The experience of the University of Warsaw in improving the quality of university management, expansion of cooperation with the environment and the tools of internationalization of the university are summarized.
