DEVIATIONS IN THE EMPLOYEE BEHAVIOR AS AN REACTION TO SOCIO-ECONOMIC EXCLUSION OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article reveals the reasons for the negative manifestation of exclusion an employee at an enterprise; factors that cause a response to the employee's exclusion and the form of exclusion, expressed in a variety of deviations in the behavior of the employee at the enterprise. The matrix of the employee's compliance with the expectations of the company is presented, which reflects the situation of the long-term development of events with a certain conformity or inconsistency of the employee with the expected capabilities of the enterprise, and vice versa – enterprises with expectations of abilities and competence of the employee.
