MECHANISM OF NATIONAL ECONOMY ANTI-CRISIS REGULATION IN CONDITIONS OF DECENTRALIZATION

Abstract
The article deals with approaches to the formation of the mechanism of anti-crisis management of national economy in the context of decentralization reform. It has been investigated tools that contribute to its functioning. It has been determined the essence and content of the mechanism of anti-crisis regulation of national economy in the conditions of decentralization. It has been indicated that it has ability to restore effective activity of the territorial economic entity as a microeconomic system on the basis of self-organization, support of internal stable status and dynamic external environment. It has been developed crisis prediction algorithm and proposed tools to overcome it.
