DIAGNOSING FORMATION OF THE FUTURE BACHELORS-MANAGERS’ SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to diagnostics techniques enabling the designation of social responsibility formation of the students majoring in “Management” at higher economic institutions. The purpose of the article is to highlight the diagnostics of the formation state of the future economy managers’ social responsibility during their professional training. Organization of the experimental work done by us is implemented in accordance with the program that combines goal, objectives, hypothesis and diagnostic tools. The ascertaining experiment was provided for the solution of the following tasks: ascertaining the formation level of the bachelors-managers’ social responsibility; analysis of trends in formation of the aforesaid complex within domestic institutions of higher education; research of educational plans and work programs of those academic disciplines that are studied by future managers within different academic courses in the context of social responsibility formation. It was also envisaged to find out the students’ attitude towards the forming of knowledge, experience of socially responsible behaviour, emotional and value-oriented feelings in regard of socially responsible actions as well as integration of the sense of social responsibility into the hierarchy of personal values of the future economic managers, to detect the level of preparedness of the research and teaching staff for the formation of the designated personal formation within future managing professionals during their period of study at institutions of higher economic education. The article reveals the criteria, indicators and formation levels of the future economy managers’ social responsibility. Various approaches to understanding the category of “the formation levels of social responsibility” are considered. The article also carries out the analysis of the system of criteria of social responsibility formation which are most commonly used in modern higher education; there is given a list of the methods applied in the research. It is reported that all the conditions required to raise the level of bachelors-managers’ social responsibility during their professional training have already been elaborated in institutions of higher education and have been used as the experimental base, however there was shown a low level by the students under experiment - 8.06%-15.54%; depending on particular criteria, and critical levels there were registered the criteria of motivation and value-orientation as well as reflexive-regulatory levels. Thus, studying the practice of future economy managers’ professional training enabled assertion of the formation state of their social responsibility, it is fdesignated that the educational process in higher education has significant room for improvements. Further research is required for international experience exchange in the sphere of technologies facilitating the formation of social responsibility under conditions of higher education.
