DIAGNOSTIC ALGORITHM FOR COGNITIVE DYSFUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSION IN MEDICAL AND SOCIAL EXPERTISE

Abstract
Cognitive impairment occurs to a large extent in patients arterial hypertension, especially after suffered a stroke. The article considers approaches to the definition of cognitive functions in patients with hypertension in practice of medical and social expertise, based on the use of information technologies (developing a model for assessing cognitive functions, improving psychological diagnostics and creation of mathematical support). The most significant indicators in the assessment of attention are presented, memory, thinking, intellect, personal and characterological features of patients with suffered a cerebral stroke. Developed diagnostic algorithm to identify the nature and extent of cognitive dysfunction in hypertension for use in practice of medical and social expertise.
