DIAGNOSTICS AND MANAGEMENT OF BUSINESS PROCESSES IN THE CONTEXT OF ENTERPRISE CRISIS MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of theoretical and methodological approaches to process management of an enterprise in the context of implementing an crisis strategy. Considered the points of view on the definition of the concept, structure and main types of business processes of the enterprise. Given the comparative characteristics and distinctive features of the ten most universal methods of diagnosing business processes. Analyzed the stages of diagnostic analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of business process management in enterprises. Investigated the interrelation between crisis and process management and types of crisis process of transformations.
