Abstract
Considers theoretical-methodological approaches to the study of the production potential on the basis of quantitative and qualitative assessment. The complex of external and internal factors affecting the efficiency of production potential of food enterprises. It justifies the concept of an integrated approach to assessment and diagnostics of the production capacity of food industry enterprises in the conditions of dynamic external environment, the system of indicators and corresponding criteria.
