DIAGNOSTICS OF THE FUTURE EDUCATORS’ READINESS FOR MORAL AND SPIRITUAL EDUCATION OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN

Abstract

The aim of this article is the lighting of the current state of the future educators’ readiness for moral and spiritual education of preschool children by means of literature on the diagnostic phase of the experiment. In the article the author describes the essence of the phenomena "moral and spiritual education of preschool children", "readiness for the moral and spiritual education of preschool children", in particular by means of fiction. The criteria, indicators and levels of the readiness, proposed diagnostic technique of the future educators’ readiness for moral and spiritual education of preschool children by means of fiction are described. The assessment of the future educators’ readiness for moral and spiritual education of preschool children includes the following criteria: personal and cognitive which helped establish the existing level of spiritual culture of the future educator; value-oriented which appeals to the pedagogical orientation of the personality (of the student) in this sphere of educational work and competence- reflexive which provides assessment of the corresponding pedagogical competence. There were also defined the levels of the future educators readiness for moral and spiritual education of preschool children by means of fiction: sufficient, medium, low. The generalized results of the experiment are described in accordance with the diagnostic levels. The experimental results confirmed the low level of the future educators’ readiness for moral and spiritual education of preschool children by means of fiction. Therefore, we see the elaboration of technology aimed at developing future educators’ readiness for moral and spiritual education of preschool children by means of fiction as the prospect of further scientific research.
