Abstract
U statti obgruntovuietsia neobkhidnist dialektychnoho metodu naukovoho piznannia suspilstva, zokrema prava. Vidznachaietsia vplyv panivnoi ideolohii v suspilstvi na vybir metodiv yoho doslidzhennia. Kharakteryzuiutsia dialektychne myslennia yak vyshchyi stupin porivniano z dohmatyzmom i skeptytsyzmom, pryntsypova vidminnist mizh formalnoiu lohikoiu ta dialektychnoiu (zmistovnoiu) lohikoiu. Pokazano zviazok katehorii dialektychnoi lohiky iz zahalnymy zakonamy dialektyky. Vidznachena neobkhidnist dialektychnoho vyznachennia poniattia naukovoho metodu na osnovi yedynoho metodu skhodzhennia vid abstraktnoho do konkretnoho. Naholoshuietsia na pomylkovosti «metodolohichnoho pliuralizmu» u doslidzhenni poniattia prava.
