DIDACTIC INDICATORS OF ACTIVITY OF ACMEOLOGICAL TRAINING IN THE STUDY OF FUTURE HIGH-MOBILITY ASSAULT FORCE OFFICERS TRAINING FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

Abstract
The relevance of the study of the implementation of the acmeological approach in the process of future high-mobility assault force officers training is analyzed in the article. The methodological principles of the acmeological approach as an innovative paradigm of higher military education are generalized. It was established that the training of future high-mobility assault force officers for professional activity is connected with the development of their cognitive activity, personal qualities, creative potential. However, nowadays there are no didactic means in the secondary schools for forming the above-mentioned abilities. The definitions of the concepts "training", "educational training", "pedagogical training", "acmeological training" are analyzed. It is concluded that the use of acmeological training in the process of professional training of future high-mobility assault force officers provides for the decision of cadets of acmeological exercises aimed at disclosing the internal potential of the personality of a future specialist in military affairs, the development of properties and qualities that would enhance the level of personal and professional development of students in the learning process . It is summarized that the basis of the professionalism of the personality of the future officer is most deeply developed in co-operation activities and active forms of interaction through the implementation of acmeological exercises, which involves the use of group training and the correction of individual development of the student's personality.
