FEATURES OF MANIFESTATION AND CAUSES OF OCCURRENCE OF «MANAGER SYNDROME»

Abstract
Тhe concept of «manager's syndrome» was described in the article. An analy-sis of approaches to «manager's syndrome» in foreign and domestic psychology was presented. It was analyzed the features of manifestation of «manager's syndrome». It was highlighted the main causes of the onset of «manager's syndrome» and its symptoms. A «manager's syndrome» was described as a personality-induced mechanism of psychological defense; as a form of professional deformation of the individual, formed under the influence of external and internal factors. The recom-mendations aimed at preventing the manifestations of «manager's syndrome», taking into account the specifics of the activities of managers, was proposed.
