DIDACTIC MEANS OF FORMING STUDENTS-PHYSICISTS' CRITICAL THINKING STYLE IN THE PROCESS OF INDEPENDENT WORK ON FOREIGN LANGUAGE

Abstract

The article analyzes methodological approaches to the formation of physics students' critical thinking style in learning English. Both the use of traditional didactic means of forming critical thinking style of physics students, and the analysis of the contradictions and inconsistencies in the methods of teaching classical electrodynamics are suggested. In particular it is shown how it is possible by the refutation of these contradictions and inconsistencies to form successfully students-future physicists' independent and critical way of thinking.
