Dieta eliminacyjna w atopowym zapaleniu skóry

Abstract
Atopic dermatitis and food allergy are common condition of childhood. Food allergy has been well documented in onethird children with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis. It can be IgE-mediated, non-IgE mediated or a combination of the two. Children with atopic dermatitis and IgE-mediated food allergy develop symptoms immediately or two hours after administration of the culprit alergen with skin manifestations such as pruritis, angioedema, urticaria, erythema. Non-IgE mediated reaction can be delayed by hours to days with flaves of eczema on predilection sites of atopic dematitis. ............................... Jedna trzecia dzieci chorych na atopowe zapalenie skóry o przebiegu umiarkowanym lub ciężkim prezentuje jednocześnie objawy alergii pokarmowej, która może być IgE zależna, IgE niezależna lub jednocześnie IgE zależna i niezależna. Dzieci chore na atopowe zapalenie skóry ze współistniejącą alergią pokarmową IgE zależną prezentują objawy ze strony skóry pod postacią świądu, obrzęku naczynioruchowego, pokrzywki natychmiast lub do 2 godzin po ekspozycji na uczulający alergen pokarmowy. W reakcjach IgE niezależnych objawy występują po kilkunastu godzinach do kilku dni po spożyciu w postaci nasilenia dotychczasowych zmian skórnych.
