Different Physical Capacity of Elderly People’s some Lifestyle ndicators

Abstract
The ageing population is posing long-term health problems and chronic diseases, which can reduce the independence and leads to difficulties in daily activities. The aim of article is to identify elderly people with health-related behaviors and attitudes to healthy lifestyle. Individuals having poor physical tend to appreciate the importance of nutrition, but rarely eat fruit and are used by fast-food preparation. Individuals maintaining good physical fitness have better eating habits. As many as 30 percent men and 53,8 percent women are physically inactive, mainly leisure time reading and watching TV. Respondents of poor physical fitness have less illness problems, and only 40 percent of men and 7,7 percent of women are in good health. Elderly people understand the importance of nutrition, exercises and effects of bad habits on health, but do not try to be more physically active, it is hard for them to give up smoking and try to change eating habits. elderly people, lifestyle, bad habits, physical activity and nutrition
