Digital media content and the process of digitization resulted not only in endless number of media channels and choices, but also in creation of new audience expectations and behaviour. Be it creation of new media forms or new patterns of media consumption , we witness evolution of audience, never more demanding or more powerfull then it is today. And while media producers have to come up with new strategies for winning and keeping audience attention, each and every member of that same audience expects content that would be inspiring, motivating, emotionally engaging. This paper puts into focus current audience habits and behaviour, aswell as new forms of media content production and distribution.
