DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN RENGENOLOGY AS THE BASIS OF THE MODERN X-RAY DIAGNOSTICS

Abstract
X-ray radiography takes one of the leading places in the modern diagnostic process. In this context, the diagnostics has the following principles: high quality and informative X-ray image and the lowest radiation hazard. The article presents the features of the formation of digital images in X-ray radiography, current systems of digital radiography, digital scanning and a posterior processing systems, and shows the advantages of digital technologies over traditional methods in X-ray radiography.
