ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ HRT В МОНИТОРИНГЕ БОЛЬНЫХ ОТКРЫТОУГОЛЬНОЙ ГЛАУКОМОЙ С КОМПЕНСИРОВАННЫМ ВГД

Abstract
Despite the advances made in the reduction of intraocular pressure (IOP), some of the patients with glaucoma continue to lose visual functions, which indicates the progression of glaucoma optic neuropathy. In this regard, one of the most important tasks in the diagnosis of glaucoma is an objective assessment of the condition of the optic nerve disk (OND). Among the methods of objective evaluation of OND parameters, confocal scanning laser ophthalmoscopy (Heidelberg retinal tomography, HRT) takes the leading place. This is a high-speed, non-invasive technology that allows you to obtain realistic images of the fundus with the highest resolution quality, using a tissue scanning technique with a specially focused laser beam. Unlike conventional photography, which results in two-dimensional images, confocal scanning laser ophthalmoscopy reproduces volumetric (three-dimensional) graphic images, and also provides a quantitative analysis of the changes observed in pathological processes [11]. Advantages of the method are non-invasiveness, high sensitivity and specificity, which makes it possible to widely use the method in monitoring patients with glaucoma [12,13].
