DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT OF MECHANISM OF INSTITUTIONAL SUPPORT OF RURAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
Purpose. The purpose of research is to improve the scientific and theoretical foundations and development of practical recommendations to improve the mechanism of institutional support of business development in rural areas. Methodology of research. Theoretical and methodological basis of the study became a dialectical method of knowledge and systematic approach to the study of social and economic phenomena and processes in the context of rural entrepreneurship in institutional terms. The research used general (analysis and synthesis, scientific abstraction) and special economic methods: abstract logical (to formulate a working hypothesis and research findings) monographic (to study the characteristics of the formation mechanism of institutional support for individual entrepreneurs) matrix, spreadsheet and graphics and other techniques. Findings. The study measures proposed adaptation of subjects of rural business to institutional change. It is proved that through the introduction of the proposed measures can be achieved consistency interests of businesses and ensure their transparent cooperation with representatives of government institutions and partners. It formed strategic objectives of rural entrepreneurship development in institutional terms. Originality. Scientific novelty of research results is to develop offers for improving the mechanism of institutional support, tools, which defined the protection of business information asymmetries and involves the use of both incentive and deterrent measures, the use of which eliminates the likelihood of opportunistic behavior of the manifestations of entrepreneurship. Practical value. This highlighted the recommendations of the study for solving the problems of functioning of business activity in rural areas with regard to improving the mechanism of institutional support for their development. The practical significance of the results is the possibility of their implementation in business.
