DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT OF WORK WITH OFFICIAL PERSONS, WHAT ARE PLANNED FOR APPOINTMENT AT THE LEADING POSTS IN DFS

Abstract
This article is dedicated to identify areas of improvement work with officials planned for appointment to senior positions in the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. Investigated ways of promotion, how to plan and career development, especially vocational training to enhance professional competence and basic requirements for a candidate who claims to occupy the highest positions in the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine with the requirements of the new legislation on civil service. Also paid attention to problematic aspects of practical implementation of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine and their solutions.
