DISTRIBUTION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND LABOR LAW IN THE PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL ORIENTATION SYSTEM IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article based on the analysis of the content and features of legal norms which regulate relations in the sphere of management of vocational guidance system, defined demarcation between the base rules of administrative and labor law. The features of the subject and method of legal regulation of this type of relations. Defined criterion signs of this distinction, which attributed the presence or absence of the executive authority or its officer as a subject of legal relations in this sphere; belonging or not belonging relationships that arise in professional orientation, to the sphere of public administration, the presence or absence of the public interest as a target of legal and others.
