Abstract
In the article the basic directions of improvement of the investment process in agricultural enterprises. The basic directions of state regulation of investment activity. In the article the role and place of investment in the system management. An important influence on the profitability of the investment processes in the agricultural sector and its development trends. The process of investment activity is considered, complex factors that influence efficiency of the given process at a level of the state, branch and the separate enterprise are revealed and proved It is proved, that the factorial analysis of the efficiency of investment is the basis for development of scientifically proved investment policy of the state with the purpose of increasing the productivity of management of investment process.
